Tumbling Toddlers

David just completed his first gymnastics class. He was in the Baby Bears group, where he learned to do a warm up in the group, go through obstacle courses, tumble, bounce, and just have a blast. I didn't sign him up again because it is too much of a workout for me. On his last day, Daddy came to join in the fun.

Andrew's Birthday at Yale

Ever since we moved to the east coast, Andrew has been very inerested in visiting the Yale campus. For his birthday I organized a little weekend trip down to Connecticut. We had such a great time. The first day we drove and enjoyed warmer weather. We even found an Ikea in New Haven to shop and let David run around and play. We had so much fun staying in the hotel and enjoying their amenities. The next day was much cooler as we toured Yale. It was amazing to see all the beautiful architecture and old, old stone buildings. You would think we were used to it from the Dartmouth campus, but this really is a must see for everyone. Andrew had fun imagining our little guy attending some day. Andrew's favorite aspect were the courtyards within the college buildings. From what we understood, as you arrived your Freshman year you are sorted into different colleges where you will live for the rest of your Yale years, much like Hogwarts! David did such a great job all weekend and even took a nap in the stroller for 2 hours during the official tour. Andrew highly recommends everyone who gets a chance to experience it for themselves, the only disappointment, we didn't run into Rory or Loreli :)
